  every staff member that works within this facility looks as though they are half drunk/half asleep and could care less about helping me or any customer for that matter. HORRIBLE customer service and DISGUSTING attitudes.

  Honestly the WORST post office in Sydney!!! The staff are absolutely ridiculous... half stoned or drunk with no customer service skills whatsoever. Inconsiderate and unhelpful. If you don't like your job don't take it out on us customers.

  My experience at Avalon Beach Post Office, when trying to lodge a Passport application for my son, was absolutely terrible. The man and woman employed by Australia Post were extremely patronising and unhelpful. The man was aggressive and rude. Not only that, the information they gave me was totally wrong. I actually rang Australian Passport Office and it was confirmed by them that the employees at Australia Post were wrong. His aggressive and rude behaviour upset me enormously and was not something my 16 year old should have experienced. I then went to another Post office where the staff there was very polite and helpful. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Jessica Fitzmaurice
